“Riot’atouille” was painted in Paris in 2025. The title is a play on words, and the piece sits on the more openly humorous side of MrDheo’s work, where a photorealistically rendered subject is placed in a deliberately absurd frame. Paris is a city he has returned to repeatedly since 2012.
