Germano Silva

A 16-metre portrait of Germano Silva, the historian and chronicler most closely associated with the city of Porto, painted in 2024. The mural was covered by Expresso and by Jornal de Notícias, which described it as a giant Germano Silva looking back at himself. It is one of the clearest examples of MrDheo’s Porto work: a local figure, painted at architectural scale, in the city that the subject spent a lifetime documenting.
